Liz Stevens

Executive Director

After years of producing high-profile events and unforgettable experiences across the country—from the East Coast to the Pacific Northwest—Liz intentionally found her way back home to Siouxland, bringing with her a passion for people, creativity and community. Her background includes working marquee events like the Home Run Derby and World Series with the Washington Nationals, along with leading large-scale operations and experiences for organizations like Kiewit and Compass Group! But for Liz, the most meaningful work has always been about connection.

A creative thinker with a heart for service, Liz loves turning chaos into clarity, building systems that help others thrive and creating spaces where everyone belongs. That passion is what drew her to Miracle League — a place where joy, inclusion and community come to life every single day. Whether she’s helping behind the scenes, getting to know families, cheering from the sidelines or dreaming up new ideas, Liz leads with empathy, energy and hometown pride. She believes the best communities are built through kindness, creativity and showing up for one another.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find her watercolor painting, drinking too many cups of coffee and spending time at home with her husband, Seth, and their three dogs — Brynn, Mozzie and Sonny. Whether they’re in the middle of a remodeling project or cheering at the ballfield during baseball season, they’re grateful and excited to be part of the Miracle League family.
